My uploaded photo does not look like the video

Check the character's reference status. If it says 'unreachable', the video model could not fetch your photo and generated from the prompt alone — you get a stranger.

That happens when the deployment is missing a public base URL or object storage. We stop the render rather than charge you for it, and the world tells you before it spends a Y Moment.

A video job is stuck

Statuses are the provider's real statuses. 'queued' and 'generating' mean exactly that — they are never displayed as done.

If it fails, the error says why and the Y Moment goes back to you. You can retry from the media list.

I ran out of Y Moments

The world keeps running. Dialogue, voice and memory all continue over the last frame it rendered. Only new video renders stop, until you add a pack or the period resets.

Add-on packs stack on your plan and do not expire while the subscription is active.

How do I delete everything

The account page has both. Deleting removes the characters, the worlds, their timelines, the memories and the upload records immediately, and propagates to backups on the normal rotation. Payment records are kept, because tax and dispute rules require it.

To delete one character but keep the account, the delete dialog offers to remove its memories at the same time.
