Acceptable Use Policy

Never permitted

Any sexual content involving minors, or any character presented as a minor. This is reported to authorities, not just blocked.

Sexual or intimate content depicting a real person who has not consented to it.

Impersonating someone to defraud, blackmail, or extract money, credentials, or access.

Making a public figure appear to say something they did not, in a way meant to be taken as real.

Requires permission you can show

Creating a character from a real person's photo, video, or voice. Likeness and voice are separate permissions — permission to use someone's face is not permission to clone their voice.

Sharing a real-person character with anyone else. Real-person characters cannot be made public.

Memorial characters of someone who has died. These get additional review, and the character will not claim to actually be that person.

How this is enforced

Uploads are screened automatically, and anything uncertain goes to a human rather than through. Uploading is itself a declaration that you have the right to the material, and that declaration is recorded with the upload.

Anyone can report a character. Rights holders can request takedown at abuse@youhere.live and we act before arguing about it.

First response is usually a restriction, not a ban. The categories in the first section are the exception — those are immediate.
